Once Upon A Time Challenge V

The 5th annual Once Upon a Time Challenge runs from March 21st through June 20th.......and like so many other bloggers I've been waiting with eager anticipation for this time of the year to come around.

The Once Upon a Time Challenge has a few rules:
Rule #1: Have fun.
Rule #2: Have fun.
Rule #3: Don’t keep the fun to yourself, share it with us, please!
Rule #4: Do not be put off by the word “challenge”.

There are many quests that can and will be embarked upon during this time. Check them out here and come join us: I plan on doing Quest the First..

Read at least 5 books that fit somewhere within the Once Upon a Time criteria. They might all be fantasy, or folklore, or fairy tales, or mythology…or your five books might be a combination from the four genres.

The only book I know I'll definitely be reading is Child of Prophecy by Juliet Marillier - it's the third in the Sevenwaters trilogy which I've been meaning to read for ages. Otherwise I'll see what takes my eye .......with so much to choose from deciding is not easy.

What I read:

2. The Bride That Time Forgot by Paul Magrs

Thanks Carl............and the buttons and banners are gorgeous!

  5. The art is gorgeous, isn't it? Anne Julie Aubry is so talented.

I started my challenge reading today by reading a couple short stories to my wife from Peter S. Beagle's newest collection, Sleight of Hand. Man can he write!

Thank you so much for joining in.
