Typically British Challenge

Home again after a wonderful Christmas with our daughter and her family and turning my mind towards the bookshelves once again. What to do to fill in these few days before I can begin reading books I've set aside for the many challenges I've taken on. Spending a little time getting organised and making some lists from the dozens of notes and little pieces of paper scattered around for a start will make things easier for myself............and then, of course (oh dear, I said no more but who can resist) add another couple of challenges.

The first one from Book Chick City the Typically British Reading Challenge...........my British forbears would never forgive me if I didn't do this one so it's a must do.

• "Put The Kettle On" – Read 2 Typically British novels.
• "Gordon Bennett" – Read 4 Typically British novels.
