Have you read any of these? What do you recommend? I've read Room and The Memory of Love ( review scheduled for tomorrow) and I should try the NZ one although it sounds a bit too weird for my tastes.
I have read none of these books. I feel awful ... it is as if I am stuck with a few authors and genres. Time I expanded!
ReplyDeleteI don't think you need to feel awful, Kavyen....it's not often I've read any on prize lists either.
ReplyDeleteI have read Room, I'm not a fan of this book (I struggled with a 5 years executing the escape plan and the book lost me at that point)... then I listened to the Slate book club discussion for Room last week and thought....did they read a different book? I must have been in a 'wrong fram of mind' when I read it.
ReplyDeleteI'm interested in reading a few titles, thanks for posting this list.
