13, rue Therese by Elena Mauli Shapiro
Blue Monday by Nicci French
The Other Hand by Chris Cleave............as the book that's been on my shelf the longest it's first in line in my attempt to read more of the books I own.  I'm following Judith@Leeswammes suggestion and committing to 75p and then deciding if I want to continue or not.

    That It's Monday always throws me for a loop, since it is only 4PM Sunday on the west coast...

    I think the 75 page rule is a good idea. Sometimes I try to force myself to keep reading and I could be reading something else instead.

    I've heard good things about 13 Rue Therese. I've also heard that Little Bee (The Other Hand) is a good book club pick.

    I'll have to suggest Elizabeth Street to my sister. She has always enjoyed reading books about the Mafia and other crime organizations.

    I hope you enjoy your reading this week. It looks like you have a nice variety to pick from.

    I have seen really mixed reviews about The Gallows, either people really like or really hate it. Thankfully their is always another book waiting for us to open it.
