Library Loot

Library Loot is a weekly event co-hosted by Marg at The Adventures of an Intrepid Reader and Claire at The Captive Reader  that encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library.

Still trying to keep my loot within limits and remember I have two readalongs starting next week plus the RIP V challenge to concentrate on. I did at least manage to return quite a pile this morning and came home with...

The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova - for the readalong at On the Ledge Readalongs
We Have Always Lived in the Castle by Shirley Jackson - for the RIP V Challenge

The Elegance of the Hedgehog by Muriel Barbery - I've seen so many positive comments about this book that I thought it was time I read it for myself.
Arcadia Falls by Carol Goodman - I always enjoy her mixture of academia and mystery.
Tiger Hills by Sarita Mandanna - historical fiction set in Southern India.

What's in your loot this week?

  7. Great picks! Tiger Hills is high on my TBR list. I keep checking out We Have Always Lived in the Castle, having heard it praised so highly, but it's one of those books that I just never seem to get around to. One day!

    Enjoy your loot!
