What Are You Reading On Mondays!

A weekly event organised by J.Kaye's Book Blog .

List the books completed last week, the books currently being read, and the books you plan to read this week.

Last week includes the week before as I was away celebrating the festive season with family. I finished Cleopatra's Daughter by Michelle Moran............review is here

I read The Help by Kathryn Stockett.........what a wonderful book. I'd read so much about it beforehand and it certainly lived up to expectations and I consider it one of the best I read in 2009. It's been well reviewed so I'm excusing myself from that.

Magpie Hall by Rachael King.............review is here

Roadside Crosses by Jeffery Deaver........to be reviewed this week.

Currently I'm reading:

The King's Daughter by Christie Dickason.

Following that the next in line are

The Pale Horse by Charles Todd
The Book of Unholy Mischief by Elle Newmark
Relentless by Dean Koontz

  7. Glad to see that you liked Cleopatra's Daughter. It was one of my favorite reads for 2009.

I keep hearing about The Help. It has not interested me but after your brief blurb...maybe I should give the book a go.

Hope you have a fantastic week.
