It's Monday! What Are You Reading?

A weekly event hosted by Sheila at One Persons Journey

List the books completed last week, the books currently being read and the books you plan to read this week.

In the last two weeks I've read:

One Child by Jeff Buick
Lavinia by Ursula Le Guin
Lifeblood by N.J.Nyland
The Sand Fish by Maha Gargash
Remarkable Creatures by Tracy Chevalier

Added reviews for:
Angels' Blood by Nalini Singh
Trespass by Rose Tremain
Queenmaker by India Edghill

Currently I'm reading

Eternal on the Water by Joseph Monniger

Wonderful writing - a love story and so much more. The first of my mystery books from the library and although the cover may have tempted me it's not really the sort of book I would normally choose but it's proving to be s beautiful reading experience.

This week the plan is to read at least these two as well.......maybe more if life takes a quieter turn.

What are you reading?

  3. Somebody had recommended Eternal On The Water to me and I forgot about it until I seen it here. I may need to search for that one.

  8. I've been so used to looking at the cover of the US version of Eternal on the Water, that for a moment I was wondering why the name sounded familiar. I've heard good things about the book, so I''ll be looking for your review.

  9. I never did really tolerate romance books. I tend to get all teary eyed and feel mushy all of a sudden. But since you guys love the Eternal on the Water, I may have to look into that. I'm starting the Millennium Series this week and re-reading White Oleander. :)

  11. Eternal on the Water was purchase made based on Teddyree's review, and I really do need to read it.

I am greatly intrigued by the cover of Faithful Place. I want to know what you think about it.

The Bones of Avalon looks interesting as well, and the cover seems similar to Faithful Place. I think it is the coloring and the red dots (splatters).

I hope you enjoy your week.
