I seem to be taking so long to get going with this one .......don't know whether it's my fault or the book.

Book 6 - Mushashi

I plan to read:

It's going to be a busy week as our son is going into hospital tomorrow for a small operation on his back and then will be coming here to convalesce so I'm not looking much further than finishing the above. It would be nice to at least start one of these two.

What are you reading this week?

  1. Nice list of books. I have The Rossetti Letter in my stack of TBR's moving toward the top...thanks for the review.

Currently, I'm reading The Three Insights by author Tim Pond. It's a wonderful self improvement book. For over 20 years, he has researched the principles of purposeful and fulfilling life. The book is about finding purpose and how true happiness will follow. I'm really enjoying it!

  2. Best luck to your son when recovering from his back.

    Hope you enjoy your reads.

BTW - I got the next book in the Manufactured Identiy series, i'm reading it now, so excited.

  3. Cat, I hope your son has a quick, full recovery. You have a great line up of books here. Everybody seems to be talking about Room -- it must be a powerful story. And I'm looking forward to hearing what you think of The Greenlanders. I read it a long time ago, and from what I remember, I found it very interesting.

  4. Looks like a good week of reading; The Wedding Shroud seems intriguing! I do so hope your son feels better soon!

  5. I have not read these, but I did just add them to my TBR list. Enjoy your week reading. My Monday:

  6. YAY for ROOM. I hope you enjoy that one - I really did! :)

  7. All very interesting titles. Hope you have a great week.

  8. I've heard lots of good things about Room so hope you enjoy it. The Rosetti Letter is one Im interested in, I'll check out your review.

Have a great week and happy reading. Hope your son's operation and recovery is trouble free.

  9. Best of luck with your son! Hopefully he is back on his feet soon.

I wonder what you thought of The Greenlanders. I really loved the book but it's not for everyone. Leeswammes (Judith)
