It's Monday! What Are You Reading?

A weekly event hosted by Sheila at One Persons Journey

Where we list the books completed last week, the books currently being read and the books we plan to read this week.

Last week I finished

The Greenlanders by Jane Smiley.......and also read
Book 5 of Musashi By Eiji Yoshikawa (readalong)
Breathless by Dean Koontz
Showdown at Yellow Butte by Louis L'Amour

 Added reviews for:
The Pindar Diamond by Katie Hickman
The Rossetti Letter by Christi Phillips

Currently I'm reading:

Courtesan by Diane Haeger

I seem to be taking so long to get going with this one .......don't know whether it's my fault or the book.

Book 6 - Mushashi

I plan to read:

It's going to be a busy week as our son is going into hospital tomorrow for a small operation on his back and then will be coming here to convalesce so I'm not looking much further than finishing the above. It would be nice to at least start one of these two.

What are you reading this week?

  1. Nice list of books. I have The Rossetti Letter in my stack of TBR books...it's moving toward the top...thanks for the review.

Currently, I'm reading The Three Insights by author Tim Pond. It's a wonderful self improvement book. For over 20 years, he has researched the principles of purposeful and fulfilling life. The book is about finding purpose and how true happiness will follow. I'm really enjoying it!

  3. Cat, I hope your son has a quick, full recovery. You have a great line up of books here. Everybody seems to be talking about Room -- it must be a powerful story. And I'm looking forward to hearing what you think of The Greenlanders. I read it a long time ago, and from what I remember, I found it very interesting.
